Location: Apple Valley Farms Off Road Park, 1/4 Ave, New Auburn, WI 54757

FRIDAY AUGUST 19th
5:00 pm -7:30 pm: Check-in, Safety Inspection and Trail Sign-Up
SATURDAY AUGUST 20th
7:30 – 8:30 am: Trail Line–Up
8:30 – 9:00 am: Drivers meeting
9:00 am – 4:00 pm: Guided trail rides
6:30 pm – Dinner followed by door prizes and MASSIVE bonfire
SUNDAY AUGUST 21st
9:00 am: Less structured trail rides for those willing
1:00 pm: Reserved for travel home
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your attendance up to 2 weeks in advance to receive a 100% refund; less than 2 weeks notice there is no refund.
Registration Deadline: Registration closes August 5th for meals and T Shirts only. Registrations after August 5th are not eligible for meal and T Shirt purchases.

THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- Do not contact Apple Valley Farms for tickets to this event. This is a private WC4WD Members only event; tickets not sold through Apple Valley Farms.
- All drivers must be a valid WC4WD Member on the day of GNTR & your rig must be registered prior to on-site check in.
- All participants must complete a WC4WD Waiver Form; print & bring along to the event.
- Your vehicle must pass a Apple Valley Farms Off Road Park safety inspection at the time of on-site registration. Safety Inspection Checklist
- Apple Valley Farms has primitive camping available with plenty of room for all sizes of rigs; camping costs are included in your event ticket purchase.
- You are responsible for all your meals & all liquid refreshments. Optional Saturday Night Catered Dinner Available – Free Required (tickets sold separately).
- Saturday lunch will be on the trail; pack your coolers & lawn chairs.
- Absolutely no alcohol allowed on the trail.
- Don’t forget your lawn chair for Saturday Night’s Bonfire.
- Sunday the park is open exclusively for GNTR participants to explore on your own.
